The neohysens hydrogen sensor of the A series would have prevented the fire. Battery fires are caused, for example, by the cables getting too hot due to a defect in the battery or because the battery has been charged much too quickly. The insulation burns away and hydrogen is emitted. Alternatively, rainwater or cooling water may run into the battery and high voltages may be generated (as is the case in a car), which could produce hydrogen/oxygen and cause a violent explosion.
